1. The service

Ramadan Kareem is a free website with Ramadan dates, moon and crescent information, the Hijri calendar, the Qibla direction, prayer times, articles, questions and answers, and greeting images. No account is needed. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

2. Dates and prayer times are estimates

Ramadan and Eid dates are astronomical estimates until the official announcement after the moon sighting in your country. Prayer times are calculated and may differ by a few minutes from your local mosque or authority. Always follow your local religious authority for the start of fasting, Iftar and Eid.

3. Religious content

Articles and answers explain the mainstream view in simple words, as general information. They are not a fatwa. For a personal situation, ask a qualified scholar.

4. Images and texts

Greeting images and messages may be downloaded and shared for personal, non-commercial use (family, friends, social media). Any other use, including selling them or republishing the articles, needs our written permission. The design, texts and images of the site remain the property of Ramadan Kareem.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated mass downloading, no attempts to break or overload it, and no abusive or illegal content in the question form.

6. Advertising and links

The site is funded by advertising (Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content of ads or of external websites we link to.

7. Liability

The site is provided “as is”, without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss resulting from its use, including a wrong date or time.

8. Privacy and changes

How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
